This rewinding machine can be designed for processing small toilet paper , kitchen towel paper, jumbo roll toilet paper and maxi roll tissue,Machine has coree feeding unit.Raw material from jumbo roll after full embossing or edge embossing, then perforation, end cutting and spray teh tail glue become a log roll. then it can work with cutting machine and packing machine to become the finished product. The machine is controlled by PLC, people operate it through touch screen,the whole process is automatic,easy to operate, lower the man cost. and our machine can customized according to clients' requirements.
This equipment is to perforate and rewind the jumbo roll paper (raw material) into various sizes of kitchen towel roll paper according to the requested. The finished small kitchen towel paper is neat, in good order and with equality tension.
It has the feature of compact structure, easy and stable operation, less electricity consumption and covers a small area of 8.4 m². The highest production speed is 200-230m/min.
This equipment is adjustable to meet the requested finished product. This model is the ideal equipment for paper making factory and paper processing factory. This equipment can process raw paper of 1.75m(75B type) in width. There are two types of this model:
A) is ordinary type, it used one embossed unit for 2 ply paper,
B) other is dot-by-dot type, it used embossed units respectally for each one.
This machine is consist of stand of raw material, paper conveying unit, embossing unit, perforating unit, rolling unit, electricity control and cutting system.
1. The machine is professional in making toilet paper rolls and color glue lamination rolls with wallboard type structure, the machine can working in stable without any noise.
2.This machine is used for making toilet paper roll and kitchen towel paper. Perforation Distance is adjustable, meeting different requirements.
3. Automatic core feeding system, automatic pushing the log after rewinding, then rewinding the new log again.
4. Automatic edge-trimming, glue spraying and sealing synchronously in one time. Leaving 10-18mm tail, easy to rewind again, so reducing shortcut waste and save the cost.
5. Adopts international advanced PLC programmable controlling technique, man-machine interface operation, data set and parametric fault shows on touch screen.
6. Adopts 4 pieces high Precision spiral knives, low noise, clear perforation, adopt gearbox to have bigger range.
7. Three horizontal type back stands, pneumatic loading system, with wide driving flat belts; each jumbo roll can be adjusted independently.
8. Adopt jogging switches for wearing the paper, easy and safe to operate.
9. Individual wallboard type color glue lamination device, the structure is consist of two set embossing roller steel to rubber and lamination device.
