2.2 The whole machine runs uniformly equipped with motion controller, touch screen, servo motor, and temperature control module to complete the operation control. The host program will automatically increase the speed from the starting speed to the set speed according to the front-end incoming materials.

2.3 Large LCD touch screen (10.1 inches) display and parameter setting can change specifications easily.

2.4 Film layout position is detected by a high-precision photoelectric eye, and the corresponding parameters can be directly modified through the touch screen to adjust.

3, Backwash and side ironing unit

3.1 The distance between the side ironing plates can be adjusted according to the package product specifications. The heating ironing plate adopts the integral ironing plate.

3.2 Side ironing temperature can be adjusted manually according to the host speed and controlled by an independent temperature control system, with sufficient temperature adjustment range and accurate temperature control; the sealing effect is beautiful, and the side ironing can be heated or not heated.
